Tuition & Fees
Tuition is due on the first of the month. Tuition for grades K-7 is paid in ten monthly installments beginning in September. Tuition for preschool is paid month-to-month, based on the program that you choose at the time of registration. A 10% late fee will be charged for any payment received by the end of the month.
If payment has not been received by the end of the month, and an arrangement of payment has not been made, the student(s) will be dismissed from the program. A non-refundable registration fee is due at the time of enrollment.
St. John's School offers three fee payment options:
1) The first, and preferred, option is an electronic funds transfer service by the "Simply Giving Program." Choosing to participate in this program will decrease your tuition amount by $5.00 per month. This program is administrated by Vanco Services, LLC and Thrivent Financial For Lutherans and is available for the traditional school year beginning in September and ending in June. The automatic withdrawal can be taken out of your account on the 1st or the 10th of the month. Paperwork for this program must be filled out each year at the time of registration.
NOTE: The Summer Day Camp Program and Summer Preschool are not covered by this program.
2) The second option available is to pay tuition and fees with your Visa/MasterCard debit or credit card.
3) The third option is a check payment.
